Midwest Design Homes Design Center was created with the Wisconsin home builder in mind, eliminating the need for endless shopping hours and miles of driving and searching involved in residential construction.

You will be greeted by our experienced design team, eager to assist you in making all the decisions necessary for designing the perfect new home for you and your family.

Bring in your plans and ideas, choose from one of our semi-custom floor plans, or have our on-staff residential construction designer create a plan unique to your style.

At our Kaukauna Design Center—convenient to Appleton, Oshkosh, Green Bay and the rest of the Fox River Valley—you will find the perfect opportunity to add style, color, texture and upgrades to your new home, while in a relaxed atmosphere. We created our Design Center to be a comfortable showroom where you can choose products that fit your taste and lifestyle.

We have all the latest styles and trends in one convenient location. Midwest Design Homes, Inc. has partnered with world-class suppliers like Kohler, Andersen, Pella, Delta and more to showcase these products for your new home construction.

We are a full-service home builder. If we don’t have it, we will make every effort to find it for you!
