#### For the month of May, we are spotlighting our Hawthorne Floor Plan!

This floor plan consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is 1,975 square feet. It also features a 3 car garage.

This beautiful ranch-style home features an open concept design. As you enter the front door and walk past the office, you’ll be struck by the home’s elegance.

## Great Room

This home is filled with natural light thanks to the cathedral ceiling in the living room and the triple-wide patio door off the dining room.  

# Kitchen

The heart of this home is complete with a chef’s kitchen featuring an oversized island and a large walk-in pantry.

## Master Suite

The master suite is located in a separate area from the main living space, providing you with your own private retreat. The suite is separated by a spacious mudroom, laundry, bench, and closet.
