New Home Sales Specialist (Sales Consultant)expand_more

Employment Type: Full-Time

As a New Home Sales Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients dreaming of building their new home. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, hosting open houses, guiding families through the building process, and helping them select the right home plan and finishes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Host open houses and model home events to attract and engage potential clients.
  • Guide buyers through the new home sales process from first contact through contract signing.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of floor plans, features, and customization options.
  • Collaborate with design, estimating, and construction teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
  • Generate leads through networking, open houses, and community engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior sales or customer service experience (real estate or new construction preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of construction projects, from permitting to final walkthrough.
  • Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with codes and company standards.
  • Communicate progress and resolve issues with homeowners throughout the build.
  • Maintain accurate project budgets, timelines, and records.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of residential construction management experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of building codes and construction practices.

  • Proficiency in Buildertrend or similar project management software is a plus.

The Estimator will play a critical role in pricing, budgeting, and bid management for new homes. This position works closely with the sales and project management teams to provide accurate and timely cost estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for residential projects.
  • Analyze blueprints, specifications, and subcontractor bids.
  • Work with the sales team to provide pricing for client meetings.
  • Maintain a database of costs, vendor pricing, and historical project data.
  • Identify value opportunities for the customer and provide value engineering recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Prior estimating experience in residential construction.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving ability.
