January Floor Plan of the Month | The Juniper

For the month of January, we are spotlighting our Juniper floor plan.

Our Juniper floor plan features a 1.5 story open concept home, offering 4 beds, 2.5 baths, and a 3 car garage.

Bonus Rooms |

When entering the home from the foyer, there is a home office or a flex room to your right. Another excellent bonus room located off of the garage entrance is the laundry room. These extra bonus rooms allow for designated areas for laundry, an office, or a playroom.

Living Room |

You will enter the great room from the foyer, which features high ceilings. This space also flows nicely into the kitchen and dinette spaces. This allows for a cohesive space that is great for entertaining. The living space also features a fireplace and grand daylight windows to let in that gorgeous natural lighting.

Kitchen |

Moving into the kitchen, you will find a large kitchen island equipped with storage and counter space to accommodate the preparation of meals. Not only that, but there is also a large pantry for unlimited storage.

Master Suite |

Last but not least we have the master bedroom. This space features large windows for natural lighting and great storage from the walk-in closet. The master suite includes a double sink vanity equipped with ample cabinets for optimal storage.
