- Evaluate how much work needs to be done & how much it will cost
- Find a suitable floor plan and design
- Discuss exposure vs no exposure
- Consider septic or well requirements and improvements
- Evaluate potential retaining walls and unique features
You can also pick from one of our lots that are ready to build! These are very desirable lots! The lots are already pre-screened and all the guess work has been completed for you. After finding the land and analyzing it, we discover the ideal location for a house. We take care of the necessary paperwork and requirements.
